This top floor, newly redecorated and refurnished condo has an expansive view of John's Pass Village and Boardwalk as well as the Intracoastal Waterway, so you can enjoy the morning sunrise on your private balcony or simply take in the scenery. This unit has been recently updated with new cabinetry and rich granite countertops in the nicely-equipped kitchen as well as both bathrooms. There is also new tile throughout the living area and bathrooms. Speaking of bathrooms, the master bath is equipped with an exquisite walk-in shower. The master bedroom opens up to the lovely balcony, allowing you to take in beach life to the fullest. You can walk directly from the condo to the beach and never have to cross a street to get there, all thanks to a convenient walkway under the bridge. If you need extra parking for additional guests, you can pay a fee to the city ($20) for a permit allowing a week or less. If you happen to be without your own transportation, you never really need a vehicle; a trolly stops right at the parking lot, just steps from the unit, which travels all over Madeira Beach. For a more scenic mode of transportation, you can take the water taxi that goes to many stops in the area.
