Complete with new carpet, towels, sheets, comforters, and pillows, you will feel right at home. The home features an in-ground pool with spa, three bedrooms--one king, one queen, and one twin size bed--all overlooking a freshwater lake. Speaking of the lake view, it is the view you see from the living and dining rooms, foyer, and master bedroom as well. As if that weren't enough, a fishing pole is available to fish in the lake (catfish and snook inhabit the water, fed through the Caloosahatchee).
Inside, a cable modem compatible with Comcast internet and a router is available for your use, but is not currently connected. In the kitchen, a Keurig as well as a standard coffee maker is available. There is also a top-load washer and dryer available for you to use.
The owner kindly asks that no pets be allowed. This is also a non-smoking property. Required by the owner is the first and last months' rents plus a security deposit.
