Perched on the corner of this magnificent structure, the first thing you will notice about this condo is the striking view. The living room is adorned with floor-to-ceiling windows, specially tinted to block damaging UV rays while leaving nothing in your gaze but the picturesque Gulf of Mexico. Should you want to experience the emerald waters of the Gulf a bit more intimately but not hit the beach just yet, an expansive main balcony awaits you, complete with a Panama Jack dining table with seating for six, two Panama Jack basket swings, and four anti-gravity chairs.
Stepping inside, you will find some of the finest quarters Panama City Beach has to offer. At your feet throughout are hardwood or ceramic floors. Luxurious Italian leather seating abounds in the living room, where you can watch the sunset or turn the opposite direction to catch up with your favorite shows and movies on a high-definition screen. In the kitchen, you will find every appliance a proper chef would require, along with granite countertops and cherry wood cabinetry. Each of the three bedrooms has its own private bathroom and is at a separate corner of the condo for complete privacy. In addition, each bedroom has a top quality bed (King in the master; Queens in the other bedrooms) as well as a high-definition TV and spacious closet.
